since it is not possible to use multiple transaction types in testworkbench I am looking for a way around to run different ticket interfaces in WEB UI (for each project one).
Is there a way to modify the interface and run multiple version for tickets (support messages) in WEB UI despite of being the same transaction type?
I am not sure about CRM_UI_Profile but could this be a way?

The key to diversifying different WEB UIs for each project on one transaction type is to utilize the Business Roles in customizing:

|--- Business Roles
>---- Define Business Role
There you can get a new business role derivated from standard role which you want to use and login with the specific pfcg role you chose for that business role and admin rights.
On the WEB UI then you can modify a standard interface for the new project (make new fields, etc.) and save it under the name of the new business role.
