Trasaction to watch data loading

Hi Gurus

Would you pl tell me the trasaction we use on daily basis to see the data loading and monitor how much data have been loaded in the system?

Hi Ketul,

You could use the tcode RSMO and check daily if any of loads have failed.

There you can configure the monitor in an order like status, date, source system,data target etc..

Also you will see three links.

One for "Successful", second for "not yet completed/warning", third for "incorrect"

You can go to details tab to know what the error is if at all any

While Data Loading you need to watch following Transactions

RSMO: Monitoring the Jobs

SM37: Job Status

SM51: To find the job is still running at server level

SM58: Job Que

Hi,

to monitor your processchains use tcode RSPCM where you can insert all your chains you want to monitor.

Hi,

you can check the data loading in RSMO, refresing the node you will see how many data packets are received and how many records are copied to data targets.

And also go to Manage Data Targets, under requests tab you can see how many records are copied to the Data Targets.
