Is this a new installation?

Did you run SGEN (at least once) after installation ?

Try to import this request with overwrite originals option and paste the result.

Seems issue is not related to configuration.....just re -check all dependancy objects have transported to IRP system or not?

System is unable to generate some of the screens....just click on the above error line, then you will find the exact reason, why generation is not happening.

Need more information to work on this.... if possible you need to paste the, alog and slog for the Transport in question.

SLOG: This log file provides the information on steps started by tp which have already run or in the process of running. SLOG is updated by tp.

ALOG: This log file provides the information what actions have performed when tp has started. ALOG also updated by tp. You can find out the tp action in Transport phase log (tp log).

You can get the same from usr/sap/trans/log directory ....
