Transformation Rule Type “Read from DataStore” Error

Former Member

Hello, guys!

I've crated transformation between two DSO's with Read from DataStore rule for one Info Object which is not present in sourse DSO.

So I'm doing lookup from another DSO for that info object.

I've assigned both key fields and mapped everything as it is described here.

But during DTP execution there is error CANNOT READ FROM DATASTORE OBJECT ZXREF3O1 FOR RECORD 1

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Nik.

Hi, Uche.

Yes, I've found a solution.

If lookup table (DSO) do not contain data for every record in target DSO, it is necessary to define behavior value for those cases. It can be error message or constant value. See image attached.

Good luck!

Can you share your transformations--> rule details screen please.

Recheck your transformation-- ruled details for read data from data store.

Check the given target dso name and source info objects.

check your source dso, all loaded requests are activated or any red request exists there, please check that one.

Make source dso loaded requests are active and reactivate your transformations, trigger your dtp again and check it.

it may works.
