Transfer license problem

Hi

We are trying to transfer an ADS license between 2 servers because neither has a floppy.

We have tried every combination of network path, IP, mapped drive, UNC path but ADS insists the path doesn't exist when it does.

is there anything else we can try ?

Thanks for the quick reply. We tried all that and have done it before but in the case we either receive ;

“error code 104”.  or Path is Not valid.

An alternative would be just to re-license a new server and decommission the old. Would we need a new activation key ?

ADS does not use the registration since ADS version 8.x, so there is no software registration available since several years. However, please send me your SN, VC and SiteCode via direct message, so I will forward it to the engineering. Maybe they can check, if there is any way to register it. If not, you only can use the tranfer of the license or go to a newer version of ADS.
