Transaction RRMX not working

Hi All,

We have just installed a BW server, with latest patches and BI Content.

The Problem is transaction rrmx is not working. There is no error message and no Excel is opening. It is working on our another BW server. Do we need to install some additional component for that, because i dont think there is any problem with my GUI 640 and Excel versions as they are working on other server.

are you able to open business explorer through the start menu ?
