Hi,
We just installed portals. EP 7.0. NW stack 15. ECC 6.0
I have created a transaction iview. I put PA20 as the TCode. When I preview to test, it shows SAP Easy access screen instead of PA20 in SAPGUI for HTML. I tried with other TCODE's as well and they show Easy access screen as well.
I think the parameter ( in this case TCODE PA20 ) is not being passed to ECC.
I have created transaction ivews before and never had this problem.
Any suggestions.
Thanks,
Ravi

HI ravi
once user mapping is done pleas check ur T-code
do not mention any thing in parametrs it will direct u to ur object.
even i faced problem in this regard
may t-code ur giving could be wrong pl,check in SAPGUI seperatly
and ask basis for user mapping to host propertly and also check for the system no., and client no. too, so that i hope ur problem will be sloved.
before creating ivew if user maping is done properly u can check that is system admin-->sap transaction
-->select ut system and tcode and test .
if its working there u can create the ivew.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your replies. I assigned it to a portal role and it working. I am still not sure why it does not work without assigning to a portal role.
Bala,
I am not sure what toI do after I get details from FM RSBB_URL_PREFIX_GET. Are there are any Basis settings on WAS that need to be done for Internal ITS.
Michael,
It has access to the TCODE.
Gayathri,
I have checked them. They are fine. It does not work from admin-->sap transaction
-->select ut system -. tcode.
Just checking, but does the portal admin user you are previewing with have access to PA20 in the ABAP system?
