Total sample size determination issue for created inspection lot

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am new to SAP S4HANA QM module. While processing inspection lot, I am facing one issue for sample size determination. 

I have 3 MIC in my inspection plan with different sample sizes. Ex. MIC A with sample size 3 PC, MIC B with Sample size 5 PC and MIC C with Sample size 1 PC. 

Total Sample size for lot is supposed to be 9 PC but why is system considering only 5 PC sample size and not 9 PC for inspection lot? During stock posting as well system is considering only 5 PC sample size 

Could you please help to resolve this issue ?

Please check the control indicators for your characteristics, especially 'Additive Sample' and 'Destructive Insp.'. The F1 help of these indicators are very useful.
