TMSADM user get locked frequently....

Folks

TMSADM gets locked frequently and I have to unlock it in client 000.

I am not sure why this happens?

Hi Pree,

I would be rather more concerned in figuring out why TMSADM is locked frequently, check the STMS alert logs and system logs to find out what is causing it to lock.

Sometimes profile parameters enforcing password rules can affect it, although I am not sure what is affecting your system.

Can you post some system log or STMS alert log entries.

To see alert log of STMS

call Transaction STMS and choose Monitor ® TMS Alerts ® TMS Alert Viewer.

try Activating TMS Trusted Services ..

FYI,

TMS Trusted Services suppress the logon procedures in the target systems, after you havesuccessfully logged on to a client in one of the systems in the transport domain. All otherauthorization checks in the TMS are then made on the user name that you used to start the TMSin the source system.

TMS Trusted Services must only beused if the user names are the same in all clients in all SAP Systems in the transport domain.
