I received a timeout error when I scheduled a large report. To refresh and save it as an excel file, and then send to a file location. I can do that with a small report. Could I change the setting somewhere to increase the bach process time? Thanks!

Hi,
For scheduling a lrage webi report:
Go into the CCM, and then Stop the Input, Output, WebI Job Server.
In the Command line of WebI Job Server :
Before -restart add " -requestTimeout 7200000"
i.e: ......procwebi -requestTimeout 7200000 -restart.........
In the Input FRS:
Do the same as above.
........ -requestTimeout 7200000 -restart......
In the Output Server do the same as well: add -requestTimeout 7200000 before -restart.
Start all the servers.

Hi Sharon,
Have you tried this out?
Central Management Console. Go to Servers > Web Intelligence Job Server > Properties.
Check the options of Web Intelligence Report server also.
===================
Increase the -RequestTimeout.
Hope this solves your issue.
Bernard.
