Testing ITS URL in ECC6.0 showing errors...

Hi Experts,

I am trying to test my ITS server url from ECC6.0 it shows SSO not configured and some https error and asking login.

when I logon to WAS user Name and password then error.

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system ECD in transaction ST22.

Can any body suggest on this.

Where is the problem? Is the termination type 'RABAX_STATE'?

In this case you should use transaction ST22.
