Test result Document uploaded from one tester is not visible by another tester in test suite 7.2

Hello,

We have SM7.2 and we are using test suite for manual testing. we have below scenario.

We creates test plan-> test package and assigned 2 different testers to the same test package. If tester 1 completes testing and uploads his results in test results tab. not the tester 2 has to continue his part of testing. But we are having issue in displaying already uploaded test result document for tester 2.

We have requirement like tester 2 should be able to see test result documents uploaded by tester 1 and once tester 2 finishes testing tester 2 should be able edit the same document and upload as test result completed.

But I checked this functionality in 7.2. as of now tester 2 is not able to view the test result document uploaded by tester 1. Even i tried to change the status of document to released but no use.

Can some on please check if we have this functionality in 7.2.

Also let me know what is the use of test result section in test execution screen.

IF tester 1 uploads test results is it not possible to view by other tester. if both the testers are assigned to the same test packages.
