Technical Monitoring - Customer Metric stays grey

Hi experts,

I did create a customer metric (RFC PULL) which reads data from an RFC-FM.

I did create a rfc-pull template and did assign this to an customer metric and alert.

However, the metric always stays grey.

If I change the measurement to "Counter Threshold" it changes to red and displays value "0".

When I open the detailed metric i can see the correct values.

If I test the rfc pull metric with report AC_ALRT_ANALYSIS_TOOLS I get all values correct.

So the FM seems to be fine.

But I don't know how to go on, how to analyze further.

Please be aware that any changes you make on the template (such as deactivating some metrics)

will not take effect unless you activate the monitoring configuration again through SOLMAN_SETUP -> Technical Monitoring -> System Monitoring -> step 5 'Define scope' -> select your managed objects ->

step 6 'Setup monitoring' -> click 'Apply and Activate'.

Hi Christian,

Can you provide the name of the metric? Depending on the metric if you change "Counter Threshold", to

the "Minimum number of occurrences"  and to 1 does this help?

I already tried it, didn't help.

It is a new customer metric (Z*).

thats funny.....I changed to "Info only" and I get all values.

But why does it not work with the checks?
I did maintain all values in the result-table of FM (average, min, max, sum, count).
