Team Rooms

Hi i want to create collaboration team rooms and my requirement is in the same room i must be able to do discussions and document sharing.

i explored team room, project template, announcements but it is not serving the purpose.

i want a room to discuss + share documents in the same room.

please advice.

Hi Jack,

Try by creating Meeting Room Template, this will provide you both Document Sharing and Discussion.

hi i tried checking this but when i select the template i can c the following in the template discription.

....Template to create Meeting Rooms. Contains three

pages: Meeting Room, Past Meetings and Room

Maintenance.

i am using SAP_Meeting_Room_2 template is there any other template like SAP_Meeting_Room

or can i edit this template or create my own template as SJ suggested?

please explain how.
