Table and or Field count

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to find number of counts in a table. Also there is a field, let's call it XYZ, which has number of businesses. I need to know the count for for each business numbers that are in XYZ field.

Your help is really appreciated.

Try SE16 or SE16N if its an ECC system ,put the table name and then in field XYZ put the business name and hit Number of Entries.

Hi Naveed,

Good reply. I'd like to know how can I just keep business numbers? There are too many fields in SE16 > Tablename . Also, there many businesses. So what selection can I choose so that this will only show the number of businesses and its count when i execute in se16.

What you can do is under Settings select Fields For Selection and then just check mark the business no. fields. Also change the value of Maximum No. of Hits if you want to view them.
