Supported O/S for Crystal 2011 / 2013

We are currently using Crystal 2011 for JD Edwards E1 reports on WIN2008 / SQL 2008. We will be upgrading to WIN2012 / SQL2014.  Does Crystal 2011 support this or should we upgrade to Crystal 2013?  I do see where Crystal 2013 works with WIN2012.

You should indeed upgrade to CR 2013.

I'm curious as to why you say we should upgrade. Because 2011 is not supported on WIN2012 / SQL2014?

Hi Lori,

For all of the latest supported DB and OS go to help.sap.com and BI Products and then usually at the bottom of the page is the Platform links.

They will tell you what and if the OS and DB is supported.
