What is the difference between 'Support Team' & 'Message Processor'?,b'cause when you go to any support message you will get the same list of Business Partners in both the cases(for 'Support Team' & 'Message Processor').Ideally the 'Support Team' should be the positions created in 'ppoma_crm' like '1st level support','BC-Team'...etc rather than the employees.Please clarify.

Hi Cherry,

You have got it right. The Support Team is the Team that u create in PPOMA_CRM and should not be an input field. In our case we do have only One support Team per installation and hence the Message picks up the single support team automatically and the MESSAGE PROCESSOR (Depending on the Componenet of SAP).As since the message picks up all the fileds like Sold to Party, Key User, Support team and message processor, the only reason to change the message processor arises only when the level 1 team assigns the message to the level 2 team (If ur support team has level structure)..
