SUMSP17: Error in Specify OS User Credentials Step

hello all,

we are using SAP PI 7.11. Now we want to update PI from SP12 to SP16. But i got an error in Specify OS User Credentials Step. I found such following error in such OUT-Files (/SUM/sdt/tmp/*.OUT):

SSSLERR_SSL_CONNECT (Bad file number), SapSSLSessionStart failed in plugin_fopen().

What' wrong in my system? Could you help me? thx.
