Hello,
is it possible to create a subscription, so that no e-mail or SMS will be send?
We have connected the Portal to our Active Directory, but there is no e-mail address specified for the user.
Subscriptions should only be shown in the Universal Worklist (UWL).
It is not possible to create a subscription, because there is no valid channel. Is it possible to create maybe a dummy-channel or something like that, so that we don't get an error-message when creating a subscription?
Thank you in advance
Sven
Hi,
Yes, you can do that.
If you want notifications only to be sent to the universal worklist, you have to select the value NULL in the configuration of the notificator service in the parameter Channels. Then select the channel None when creating a notification (see Notifications).

System Administration- System Configuration-KM-CM-Global Services-Advanced Options-Notificator Service-edit it and channel choose NULL.
