HI I don't see where you filter on subreport. It used to have columns matching with the main report. now it gives all the data rather than filtering for the row. I do the subreport via the wizard. it doesn't ask for columns. What is it i am missing?

Right-click the subreport object.
Select the menu option of 'Change Subreport Links...'
