SU01 Assigning OSS rights

Hello Gurus..

I have created a new User Profile in SU01 for a User and could you please tell me how do I assign the OSS access for this USER ... URGENT..Thanx in Advance..

Sorry, but what do you mean exactly:

- how to get a S0000000000 user-id?

http://service.sap.com

- how to access OSS from within R/3?

OSS1

- somthing else?

I have created a User in SU01 and I get a mail back saying

die OSS Leitungen sind aber noch nicht auf

::I am pretty sure you know German 🙂

the OSS lines is not however yet up(English)

please let me know..

Hello Preethu,

it's really hard to believe that you are in a SAP R/3 System (isn't it?, which version?) and after creating an User via SU01 you get this german message?!?!?

Is "...die OSS Leitungen sind aber noch nicht auf..." the whole text of the message? Do you get this message via mail into your SAPOffice inbox or via a popup?

Thanx for your reply ... It was the Mail Which I copied it to you which I got from the USER... Sorry if you couldnt understand that ...Anyhow I have solved the issue.. Thank you once again
