Styling does not apply for new values

formatting.pngHi All,

Wondering if all have observed this behavior and if so what is the solution.

Using Live Connection to S4, I built a Table in SAC story. Used a Dimension(Say Month) to be displayed in Column and did the complete styling(font color, size etc) with the available month values(Jan, Feb and Mar) and saved the story.

Issue: When I run the story for a longer period (say 6 months), then the formatting remains as it is for the 3 months((Jan, Feb and Mar) and there is no formatting to next 3 months(new values)

Attached a screen shot below for reference(The Year and Months) are not in the format that was set. Any thoughts?

Hi sayedzubaird,

I belive if you select the entire data region when you set styling, the style will be apply to other month value which is not displayed at this moment.

It's irrelevant if it's a live model/connection or an imported model.

Best regards, William

Hi William,

Thanks for your response. In your screen shot you are referring to the formatting of the values within the table. (This is not the case)

I am referring to Dimension values that are used as Column Header (Referring your screen shot: Description(Assume that to be dimension) and Jan Feb Mar as the column headers) This formatting does not remain in tact.

Hi sayedzubaird,

It's basically the same, you can select the entire header row.

Best regards, William

Though its same, even after doing that if a new value comes in it will not be in the format that is set.
