Hi Rams,

Just do a right mouse click in the blank area of Rows or columns of a BEx query and you would get the option to create a New Structure. Once you have created the structure using the Characteristics or Key figures do a right click on the structure name and it will give you the option of Saving the same.

Hope it helps.

Cheers

Hi,

Take the help of the procedure given in this link:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_bw32/helpdata/en/f1/0a5632e09411d2acb90000e829fbfe/frameset.htm

You have to create the structure at right hand side (Columns or Rows ) of the query in query designer .

Hi,

Strictly follow the steps given in link:

To create a structure(global) at Cube level, first create that structure(local) in any query of that cube. Save the query and then by right click on that structure(local to query) you are able find option 'Save as' to make this structure global object.

Hi,

The link helps you to create the structure at Info provider level. Whenever you select the 'Save as' from the context menu of a structure and enter the technical name, it becomes the global structure(which can be used in any query of IP).

After, From the context menu (right mouse-click), choose Save as... and enter a Technical name and a Description.: The structure will available in Left hand side of the query designer , under structure.
