Stored Procedure connects to CR but will not display the data.

I have a stored procedure connected to my SAP Crystal Report 2016 support pack 7 patch 5. The stored procedure is in a MS SQL Server 2014 database. I am connecting to the database thru a ODBC 32 bit connection. The connection is a SQL Server Native Client 11. When I run the report I get no error messages and I get Column headers but I get no data back. If I type in a simple select statement as a command I do get data back. Can anyone tell me what to check?

Does your stored proc have parameters? If so, are the parameters in Crystal configured with the same data types as the the stored proc? Have you tried running a report with the same Select statement that's in the stored proc?
