I solved this by creating a UDF for INCOTERM, that makes it super simple. Later I saw SAP had a system field for INCOTERMS in the table but I never could figure out how to make it screen active and thus assumed it was only used in EDI type transactions. But using a User Defined Field makes a quick, easy means to add INCOTERM right on the screen at the time of shipment schedule or actual shipment.
