Stock on hand versus Ordered

Hi all

I would like to write a report in Crystal and below is the information:

I want to write a report which will highlights stock orders versus what is on hand & with back orders so that I can see at a glance across the whole range where there may be serious gaps of items we may need to order or are going to fall short? Highlighted in red would be what should stick out at me! It is similar to the replenishment plan but I want it to cover every product in range?

Hi

Stock ordered , Stock in Hand and Back orders --If you have all these informaion in one table then simply we can drag and drop in a report and arrive the fresh order quantity.

In this case I think you also have to take Sales quantity into consideration to  place or arrive fresh order quantity.

Yes, you can include a range of products by creating parameters in your report or you can display all available products.

If you do not have the above information in one table you may have to go and create sub reports whereever it is required.
