Status Change for Incident Messages after using the "Reply" button do not working

Hi to everyone,

     I have this problem in my solution manager 7.1

1.- When I press Reply button from customer's interface and add some text, the message do not change its status to In Process.

2.- I read this but still not work.

What can be wrong?

Hi setyaningsih,

There is a configuration parameter in the AGS_WORK_CUSTOM view.

Example:

Parameter----------------------------------Value

IM_REP_STA_ZMIN0001_E009--------E002

Where:

The Parameter field contains IM_REP_STA_ + your custom transaction type + the status from the customer side

The Value field contains the target Status you want to set after pressing the Reply button
