I'm trying to figure out if a rate compared to previous year is statistically significant (p) based on z score. I know excel has the NORMDIST(z) function. Is there any function available in crystal xi for p value?

Please advice.

I just added a NormDist(x, mean, std) function to my CUT Light User Function Library. You can create your own UFL with such a function and use it in your Crystal reports.

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. I've not created UFL before and moreover I do not have VB.NET or Visual Studio on my PC. Is there any other way I can create the formua?

Thanks

Search the Help file, if it doesn't exist there then no. You'll have to manually calculate to get the same results.
