Start EHP Installer Frontend (SDTGui): Logon refused

Former Member

I was running the SDTGui in my laptop and it was shutdown

When I try to login again I get:

Logon refused

The service "DSUService" does not allow multiple clients to logon.

What can I do?

The EHPi Upgrade Service is running in AIX Unix.

The SDTGui on my laptop runs under windows.

Thanks for your help.

Julio Porras.

Hi,

Old sapehpi not allowed multiple logins. Check in your system if sapehpi already running.

if unix...

ps -fe | grep -i sapehip

kill <PID>

Restart startup service and then run DSGUI it will take you on same point.

If you will use new SAPehpi, it will allow multiple logn with "Administrator" and "Observer" role.

Anybody else run into this? And no, you can't just start the jnlp to get back in.

Just do http://<server>:4239/sdtdsu.jnlp, and it will reconnect
