Standard fields in acedoca table missing in public cloud

Hi Experts,

In on prem system, we have below fields in acdoca table. But in public cloud, I see below fields are not available. Any idea how can we extend these standard fields in acdoca in public cloud.

kvgr1 (Customer Group 1)

kvgr2(Customer Group 2)
kvgr3(Customer Group 3)

Checking into ACDOCA table in S/4HANA OP, the fields are not included in the table by default.

Hi Lucy, Thnaks for the update, we have already explored this option. We wanted to cross check if there is any other way we can extend acdoca, as we have to add standard fields.
