Stale File Handle error

Hi Folks,

I have a inbound scenario of SOAP(asynchronous) to file adapter.

The regular process flow for this interface is as follows:

Data will be delivered first to PI system

From there File will be placed in '/folder/xyz'… with a leading “_” and after which script 'ABC' is called.

This Script copies file to appropriate Backup folder /bckup

and rename it (removing leading '_') and then Redwood trigger will be raised.

Just after the file is being created in the folder, PI logs are showing Stale file handle error.

I refereed SAP Note 1564677 for reference, in which it has mentioned it needs to be fixed as OS level.

On the other hand, at folder level /folder/xyz, 0KB files are getting created, without removing the leading underscore sign ('_'), due to which job is not getting triggered for further postings.

I want to know the mechanism how the file is getting created/written and by any means this can be fixed at PI level.
