SSO and Online Store (IAC)

I am using IAC iview to access the old ITS based "Online Store" (WW20).

URL-based SSO does not work. With other ITS-Transactions (for example Test-Transaction IT00 ) it works.

Is there a different strategy for the online store?

Have you tried user mapping?

Have you any specific idea in mind?

For me, user mapping is

- setting up a system alias

- use IAC iview with system alias and "SSO via URL"

- Do Personalization

- the system does map userid and PW into the URL-call

This is done already, and as I said, with plain ITS transaction, it works.

But it does not work with WW20.

If you have a different method of user mapping, please explain
