SSLException - Record version mismatch

Hi experts!

For a FTPS sender channel, I'm getting in the communication channel monitor the following exception:

Error occurred while connecting to the FTP server: an iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Record version mismatch: 51:37

Anybody has an idea of what could be causing this issue? The only thing I could infer is that this an certificate issue, but I'm not quite sure about this...

I would really appreciate your comments.

I am not sure whether this TLS protocol version is being supported by AFW.

I think the certificate is not installed properly. Check all the steps that you have followed.

Also, it might be due to some SSL/TLS incompatibility.
