Hi SRM Experts,
I log-in to SRM Portal and getting following error message
Portal runtime error.
An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.
Exception ID: 11:40_11/04/13_0007_698927750
Refer to the log file for details about this exception.
not sure where & how to check the log file.
Also i want to know how i can run TRACE in portal
Please help me

Hi Swapna,
You need to check the defaulttrace file with the Exception ID: 11:40_11/04/13_0007_698927750.
The trace file can be found at the following path:
- Drive :\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server<n>\log\
where <n> is the portal server number in the case that you are using
more than one portal server.
You can then serach with the exception ID that you got.
