SQLAnywhere17ThirdPartyLegal.pdf and Java Runtime License

The document SQLAnywhere17ThirdPartyLegal.pdf is not mentioning the Java Runtime SAPJVM probably because it is an integral part of the product. Anyway some customers ask for clarification as Java licenses are audited. Please advise where to find a documented reference that the Java runtime is part of the SQLA license?

Especially as the COPYRIGHT file inside the JRE directory says "Copyright © 1993, 2023, Oracle and/or its affiliates." Onyl the buildinfo.txt refers to brand=sapjvm

Just returning from vacation.

The Third Party directory contents have been retired as of the EBF posted in January. The files might still exist if you have upgraded or are using an older build. The information is now maintained on the Product Availability Matrix accessible from the SAP Support Portal.

I will need to confirm but I think the SAP JVM used in modern SQL Anywhere falls under GPL licensing since it is rooted from the OpenJDK project. The SAP JVM is built off the HotSpot technology, which is likely why there is a copyright in place, but is an SAP implementation.

Thanks, SAP JVM is not mentioned in that document. What I found in the meantime is this Knowledge Base article:
