Space in Print directive <%= %>

Printing integer or string variables using the print directive <%= %> leads to an added space at the end.

Can this space somehow be omitted?

Hi Thomas,

Using OTR this could be omitted, in case of text.

Explore this link, it may be useful.

hi thomas,

when i was trying on it, i didn't find the additional space.

In the debugger it showed the exact length only.

can u post ur code ?

however as an alternative u can try the CONDENSE statement .

hi ankur,

the same problem i am also trying to solve, code could be

<% data name type string value 'jeet'.%>

kamal<%= name>singh

so rather then giving output as <b>kamal jeetsingh</b>

it will give ouput as <b>kamal jeet singh</b>.

i tried it using OTR but not solved yet.
