Hi,

We are testing PI 7.0 on AIX and Oracle.

We want to connect the ECC 6.0 to PI. Do we need any additional component on SAP ECC 6.0 or everything is included in SAP BASIS?

We will have to execute transactions like SXMB_ADM on the ECC 6.0.

Please let us know.

ECC 6.0 has everything that you need to use proxies (sxmb_adm)

To connect ECC to PI you need to do these connections:

If you want to send data using proxies then check this weblog:

Apart from this you dont need to do anything or dont need to install any extra components.
