Something went wrong. If the issue persists, log out and log in again

After upgrading to 4.3 SP2 Patch 7 Our end users keep getting this error pop-up. 'Something went wrong. If the issue persists, log out and log in again' There is one Kbase https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3223331 We did try this and ended up having to do a full restore. Our systems are on Linux 8.4

After looking around this could be a browser issue. I'm not sure yet. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Thanks,

BW

Look into the crossover scripts running in the browsers. By going into debug mode with F12. You should see the error pop-up and the crossover script will show up in debug at the same time.

Is the issue occured during login only?
What is the exact workflow during which the issue is observed?

You login and and start moving around. It happens anywhere once in launchpad. But I think we found the issue. We think it has something to do with crossover items. We're still testing but everything is looking good so far.

ok, If there is a loadbalancer on top if it may be you can check the timeout set there,

Also there are various parameters like session timeout and session persistence or sticky sessions
