We have issue with Solution Manager post Installation
a) Solman_setup is taking long time, to mitigate this
run Sgen twice for all components, BSP and Webdynpros,
changed profile parameter as Sap note still same.
b) to check missing stats i have executed isql -Usapsa -SPRS -X -w999 -i checkstats.TXT -o checkstats_ot.txt{1777966}
attached is output, it is asking to update stats for arouond 1853 objects, I wonder don't SAP sysbase Team has any stuff like brtools, if i do manually It will take hours
c)each and every job schedules in background is taking hours and still running

I cannot see the attached statistics information.
However I think it would be a good idea to see what's going on in ASE.
Try looking at DBA cockpit to see what is happening in the database.
What processes are running?
Are there any table scans ?

had installed solution manager on several database {Oracle,SQL} but never faced issues like "Sybase".
Configured Database as per Note 1539125 - SYB: Configuration Guide for Sybase ASE 15.7.0 and montiroing database for Trans Log as well , All seems to fine,
No Idea why Solution Manager is so slow .Thanks

Have you set up the DBACOCKPIT? Have you set up ATM (Automated Table Maintenance) in the DBACOCKPIT? If not please do so (it should be mentioned in the installation guide).
ATM will take care that table statistics are up to date. During installation of the SAP system the SAP installer will take care that after table load statistics are created but there are some (I think two) tables where during installation statistics cannot be created (content is created at a later point). Usually ATM will take care to create statistics for those tables initially.
Please check if table statistics are there for table D010INC and if not create them. I cannot check right now (I'm currently not in the office) but if I recall I had issues with SOLMAN_SETUP with exactly this table. Creating statistics speeds up the slow DELETES by factors...
