Solution manager Dashboard Builder authorization on data level

Hello experts,

We are working with Solution manager - ITSM Analytics and for our customers we would like to make the Incident management Dashboards available.

The requirement is for one particular customer to see only their own tickets. I cannot find the standard authorization model to achieve this goal.

When I look to the roles indicated in the SAP Help

SAP_SM_DSH_DISP in SAP Solution Manager

SAP_SM_BI_DSH_DISP in SAP BW system/client

SAP_BI_E2E_DISPLAY Solution Manager Dashboard Builder: Display User (BW)

These only grand authorization on BW objects with the consequence that all customers can see the tickets of other customers.

Further in the current data model for Solution manager 7.2 there is no standard object Authorization relevant. The only Business Content InfoObject that is authorization relevant is 0SPRCUNO and this is not present anymore in the Solman 7.2 data model.

I would really appreciate when you can give me some indications how to this authorization requirement should be solved.

Yes, it is about ITSM scenario. Could you please give me some more details about the settings you meant?

As far as I am aware, all the settings are been done and we are already using the Analytics on ITSM via the Analysis for Office and also the Dashboards but only intern. The reason is the authorization as I mentioned in my first post.

short question - do you speak about a VAR ITSM-scenario in your requirement?

Then there are additional settings necessary.
