Solman Sharing tool .. unable to search organization. no results found

Hi,

In Solman web CRM UI, we are unable to search using organization. But able to search using user. 

When trying to search using organization .. we are not getting any results.

We want to share using organization rather than assigning each user.

Any pointers .. please.
