Solman documents. How to unlock "change status" for many documents?

Hi there,

Is it really true? 🤔

There is no feature in solution manager to unlock the change status for  more than a single document at a time?

I have about 200 documents to change. So if anyone can provide a solution, info about what tables to consult or tips on how to fix it  it is very much appreciated. 🤗

We are running Solition Manager 7.2, sps 17.

Hello Jeneatt,

A functionality for doing a mass unlock of documents does not exist in the SAP standard.

Removing the lock flag in your document status schema does not change anything on already existing documents that were saved with this status.

This works as designed.

You have to unlock single document manually form the context menu.

I feared that would be the answer...... It is not quite true that it does not change anything anything on already existing documents that were saved with this status. It must be unlocked to change the status, which is what I need.
