I haven't tried it out but I would assume this would work.
You can use standard text templates via texts created in transaction SO10
You would have to look into SPRO - Text Determination Procedure - read the long text there which explains how it can function to a certain degree already.
Then take a look at this older thread in terms of how you can use a function module and put that in the access sequence function module reference via Text Determination Procedure

There is also a mention of a button "insert standard text" that can be enabled in the long text of Text Determination Procedure SPRO entry - might also be interesting but then it looks like an end-user still needs to click on that button to make the text appear.
