Solman 7.1 CRM Web Client

We have configured the Service Desk functionality Solman 7.1 SPS 05, when we try to Process a support message it takes to a blank web page.

How can we know our CRM web client is working fine?? and what authorizations are required to process a support message??

When we run the Txn CRM_UI it again takes to a blank page??

Hi Hasan,

Have you followed the guide Application Incident Management COnfiguration guide to configure service desk.

In that guide , they have mentioned the roles required.

Moreover check in the user parameters in SU01 whether CRM_UI_PROFILE is assigned as SOLMAN_PRO
