Dear Santo,

From your description, I'm not quitely sure your main issue here is Guide Link not working or alerts details not being sent via SNMP.

If your concern is about the Guide Link not working, you may try to access the Links within the KBA 2469194 - Understanding Alert Consumer BAdI Interface - SAP Solution Manager 7.2.

If you are experiencing issues with alerts details not being sent via SNMP, please provide screenshots of the current SNMP settings, including any alert fields that are not being sent out, as well as any errors or warnings in the SLG1 log. In order to assist you further, I recommend raising a Case so that we can remotely logon and investigate the issue.
