SMTP Port 25 not getting activated

Hi Experts,

SMTP Port 25 is not getting activated. I have gone through the note 2089881.

I get below error for ports 25, 25000 and 25001.

Permissions for icmnbd are: 4750 (-rwsr-x---)

TCODE SMICM - Goto - Trace File - Display All

Check what the errors are.

If the SMTP service was running fine before then check the port is occupied by some other process.
