Hello All,
How to identify the changes that are done for a SMARTFORM in a particular request? I have a SMARTFORM which contains 3 requests in last week with 2 developers working on it. Is there any way to identify the changes done by to SMARFORMS as there is no version comparision exists for SMARTFORMS. Moreover Function module generated by it also does not have any version.
Environment : 4.7EE
Thanks,
Shafivullah Mohammad

Hi,
There is no version comparision facility in Smartforms but if you want to view the old requests means there is one way.
Go to smartforms tcode .
GOTO-> Object directory entry -> Lock Overview (double click on it) .
Then it will show all the versions available for that smartform.

Venkat.

Hello Shafivullah,
Copy the Funtion Module name generated by Smartform.
Then goto SE37 Paste it . Goto utilities->Version Management.
This is the only way to check.
If there is no versions then may be chages are small and are done only to the layout.
Hope this gives you some idea.
Cheers,
Suvendu

Smartform does not have version comaprision .
Hence when ever any change is being made to a smartform, its better to first copy the smartform in a local copy and the make the changes, so that the change can be traced.
