Single User getting disconnected/session drop without any error or warning message

Hello Experts,

One of the user is complaining that his sessions are getting disconnected without any error or warning messages. Below is the Trace:

i tried to replicate this issue by disconnecting my own internet and got the same trace, but the difference is i got an error message "WASECONNRESET: Connection reset by peer" and the User did not get any such error message pop up.

User tried it on Wifi and on LAN and his answer was the same. he got disconnected from both but the frequency was once or twice a day only.

So please suggest me the possibilities, specially in the case where user is not getting any error message pop up after his session got broken.

Hello Ankur,

Those trace entries indicate that SAP lost the network connection to the end user.

Depending on what caused the disconnection, the user may or may not receive the error.

How did the user notice the issue? Was the SAP GuI still open, but not responding? Or did the SAP GUI window close?

If the issue occurs after the user leaves the SAP GUI idle for some time, reducing the value of the parameter "rdisp/keepalive" could help.
