Single Delivery from Multiple Sales Order

Dear Guru's,

Is it possible to create single OBD from Multiple Sales order in sap s4 hana , I just try by using VL10H & VL10C Tcode but system generate multiple OBD Num . Kindly suggest how can i create only single OBD Document Number Against Multiple Sales Orders.

Hi,

To create a single delivery from multiple sales orders, follow these steps:

1. Open the APP "Create Outbound Deliveries - From Sales Orders" (F0869A).
2. You'll see a list of sales documents, including sales orders waiting for delivery.
3. Select the multiple sales orders you wish to combine into one delivery.
4. Click "Create Delivery."

The system will automatically create a collective delivery for the selected sales orders if they meet the necessary prerequisites:

• Order items or schedule lines that have identical shipping criteria are combined in one delivery. If the data varies between items, for example, if a different ship-to party is defined for each item, two deliveries must be created for the order. Order items from different orders can be grouped together in one delivery provided that they have the same shipping criteria and sold-to party.
