Thank you for your question! 

You can use different SAP Signavio products for the definition of As-Is and To-Be processes.

SAP Signavio Process Insights and SAP Signavio Process Intelligence can be used to identify how processes are executed in your organization. As-Is BPMN process models can be transferred from SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to SAP Signavio Process Manager. By doing so, you are able to enrich the BPMN diagrams with further information. SAP Signavio Process Insights allows you to assess the performance of specific process steps, highlighting how well they are executed and suggesting targeted improvements for better process quality. On this basis, you can model your To-Be processes in SAP Signavio Process Manager with data-driven improvement aspects.
